Revisions
We don’t always get it 100% right. Not to worry! Depending on your project, you may be entitled to a certain number of revisions (this will be clearly stated in your contract/estimate). During each round of revisions, you can make a list of things you’d like us to change and we’ll get on it. This way, we can ensure your complete satisfaction with our work before we move on to the next project.
Maintenance Plans
For website projects, we offer a monthly subscription maintenance plan. For $149/month, we perform weekly backups of your site (so we can restore a previous version down the road if anything goes awry), handle scheduled and emergency server maintenance, research and supervise software updates, and perform any other work on your website at a reduced hourly rate. Our clients call this “the ultimate peace of mind” for their websites.
